Journey into the Great Round is a workshop based on the sacred geometry of the mandala ( circle ) and it’s relationship to the individuals Journey toward wholeness .

In this workshop we come to understand that everything we do and all that we are is a part of a COSMIC CIRCLE, a cycle of constant expansion and contraction.
There have been moments when we felt the darkness of winter and there have been moments when we have been newly inspired and alive like the rising of the sun . This is all part of our path on THE JOURNEY INTO THE GREAT ROUND , a cycle of personal growth .

The 12 stages of THE GREAT ROUND mirror the cycles of the seasons and the 12 months of the year . In this workshop we come to recognize ourselves in “the excitement of something ne reminiscent of the month of March and early stirring of spring , to the desire for rest and hibernation felt in late October as we travel into the dark winter .

We will learn the intention and mandala for each phase as well as move through an all levels creative Asana practice and deep guided meditation.
